ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

Step 1: Register and Verify

Register via http://bit.ly/feuregistration. Check the link provided in your registered email to activate your account.

Step 2: Log In

Once logged in, slide the cursor to “K12 Admission”, select “Admission Assistant” then tick Application Form.

Step 3: Apply

Fill out all tabs in Application Form then click Submit.

Step 4: Pay

Pay Php 300.00 to settle your Application fee using your Admission Control Number (AdCon No.). Click here to see payment options.

Step 5: Book Exam

Log in to Student Central; click “K12 Admission”, select “Entrance Exam Booking” then tick “Book Exam”. 

Step 6: Result

Application results will be released 14 days after submitting the online application form via the registered email of the applicant.

INITIAL ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

Grade 11

• Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Two (2) latest 2×2 colored (white background) I.D. picture
• F-138/SF9-Report Card with LRN (Grade 11 report card at least up to recent semester completed

Grade 12 Transferees

• Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Two (2) latest 2×2 colored (white background) I.D. picture
• F-138/SF9-Report Card with LRN (Grade 11 report card at least up to recent semester completed
• Certificate of Good Moral

Additional Requirements for Transferees from Schools Abroad

• Recent Report Card (issued by the current school)
• Previous Report Card with LRN issued in the Philippines (if the applicant studied in the Philippines prior to abroad)
• Certificate of Completion (Grade 10)
• List of Standard Competencies from recent grade level at least for core subjects: English, Mathematics, Science (to be requested from previous school)

Returnees (students of FEU Cavite who transferred out to other school and will be going back to FEU Cavite)

• Clear copy of PSA Birth Certificate
• Two (2) latest 2×2 colored (white background) I.D. picture
• F-138/SF9-Report Card with LRN (Grade 11 report card at least up to recent semester completed

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

Log in using the provided username and temporary password. Update your password promptly. 

Step 3: Apply

Click “Sign in” and select “Application Form“. Fill out all the necessary information, then click “Submit” once done.

Step 4: Pay

Pay the Php 500.00 FEUCAT fee. Click here to see payment options. Select “Application Fee” to upload your proof of payment.

Step 5: Book Exam

Select “Exam Booking” then click on”Launch Exam Booking Page” for your preferred FEUCAT schedule. 

Step 6: Result

Log in to your account two weeks after your FEUCAT schedule to get the application results.

Application results will be released 14 days after submitting the online application form via the registered email of the applicant.

Freshmen (FEU Cavite SHS Graduates)

Freshmen (International Students)

BASIC EDUCATION AND SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

 Qualifications:

• Top 3 of the graduating batch
• With more than 20 graduating students (will need to provide official certification with seal) 
• Has Grade 6/ Junior High School GWA of at least 90%

 Benefits: 

• Rank 1 – 100% Discount on Basic Tuition
• Rank 2 – 75% Discount on Basic Tuition
• Rank 3 – 50% Discount on Basic Tuition

Note: Entrance Scholarship is a 1-year scholarship for incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11. The student will pay miscellaneous fees and will not be entitled to any other discounts.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

 Qualifications:

• The student must be included in the Top 3 Final Honor Ranking.
• Applicable for incoming Grade 2 to Grade 12 students of FEU Cavite

• The student must be enrolled in the required number of units based on curriculum.
• GPA/QPA of at least 3.20
• No grade lower than C+ (2.5)
• No major offense

 Benefits (based on ranking): 

• Top 10% – Full tuition discount
• Next 50% – Partial tuition discount
• Remaining 40% – 30% tuition discount
• The scholarship can be enjoyed on the identified semesters only.
