Carlos Reyes Shines in the PBO 2026 Eliminations, Secures Semi-Finals Spot

Our very own Carlos Amado Reyes, from Grade 11 STEM Determination, conquered the Eliminations by being one of the Top 55 Semi-Finalists in the Philippine Biology Olympiad 2026. Carlos took the Eliminations at the Ateneo de Manila University, together with 724 participants across the country at different Satellite Testing Centers, last January 24, 2026. The Elimination Round, consisting of Theoretical and Practical Examinations, challenged their knowledge in collegiate-level biology concepts.

Together with Carlos were eight (8) students who bravely represented FEU Cavite in the said competition. The succeeding rounds: Semi-Finals and Finals, will be held on March 21 and 28, 2026, respectively.

We hope that the light brought by the competition will guide Carlos until the end of the #PBO2026 journey.
