FEU Cavite Charts the Course for Aspirations 2028

Silang, Cavite, Philippines —FEU Cavite held its annual Strategic Planning session with the theme “Upholding Aspirations 2028” at the Dorm 2 Lounge on June 25–26, 2025, bringing together academic leaders and support units to align efforts toward the school’s Aspiration 2028.
The two-day event opened inspiring remarks from the school’s leaders. Dr. Jomar D. Redubla (Director of Basic Education Department) welcomed the participants. Meanwhile, Dr. Ildefonso R. Fulgar III (Dean of College) presented the Key Takeaways from the recently concluded Institutional INSET and Dr. Matthew M. Nepomuceno (External Affairs Officer) presented the Workplace Resilience and Efficiency Evaluation results. Dr. Myrna P. Quinto (Executive Director) reminded the participants about FEU Cavite’s Aspiration 2028—a strategic vision anchored on (1) Academic Excellence; (2) Sustainability; (3) Distinctiveness with a Purpose; and (4) Customer Touchpoints.
Participants were divided into five groups representing various departments and units. Day 1 focused on defining and contextualizing the strategic visions, with each group sharing insights and reporting on their discussions. The afternoon sessions delved into Workshop 1, where groups assessed the status of initiatives from the 2024 Strategic Plan—identifying accomplishments, ongoing efforts, and areas needing improvement.
On Day 2, each group worked on Workshop 2, which focused on the strategic contributions of each department/ unit. The day culminated in a series of presentations showcasing each group’s outputs, fostering dialogue and collaborative refinement. Ms. Reyett Paunan (Executive Director for Basic Education, FEU Group of Schools) served as the overall facilitator.
As FEU Cavite moves toward 2028, the strategic planning session stands as a testament to its proactive stance in shaping a future defined by excellence, sustainability, and purposeful distinction.
