FEU Cavite Hosts Korean Students for Inbound Internationalization Program in Hospitality Management

FEU Cavite proudly welcomed a group of Korean students as part of its Inbound Internationalization Program, held in collaboration with the Chungnam Public Agency for Social Service and Ebenezer International College. This initiative marks a significant step in FEU Cavite’s commitment to global academic partnerships and cultural exchange.
From September 15 to 17, 2025, the visiting students participated in a special Hospitality Management course designed to provide immersive learning experiences in the Philippine hospitality industry. The program featured lectures, hands-on workshops, and interactive sessions led by FEU Cavite’s expert faculty, Ms. Frecel Sonson, focusing on Filipino hospitality practices, customer service excellence, and sustainable tourism.
The program culminated on September 29, 2025, with a campus tour and a culminating program that celebrated the students’ achievements and cultural exchange. During the tour, the Korean students explored FEU Cavite’s modern facilities, engaged with local students, and experienced the vibrant campus life. The said Campus Tour was facilitated by the Tams Tour and Travel headed by Ms. Grace Gison and ably assisted by BS Tourism Management students.
This internationalization effort reflects FEU Cavite’s dedication to fostering global citizenship, enhancing intercultural understanding, and preparing students for a diverse and interconnected world. The program is made possible through the collaboration of the External Affairs Office with the Department of Hospitality management, led by its Department Chair, Ms. Pamela Michelle Rivera.
