PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Onsite Cashier-

School Cashiers are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Lunch Break). The Cashier Offices are located on the Ground Floor (G/F) of the following buildings:

  • Basic Education Building
  • Higher Education Building

2. GCASH-

You may also settle your tuition fee through GCash using the QR code provided below.

For payments via GCash, please email your Proof of Payment to cashier@feucavite.edu.ph.

Subject Format: Student Name – Purpose of Payment

Example: Juan dela Cruz – Midterm payment for 1st Semester SY 2026–2027

Email Details:

  • Student Number: C2026XXXXX
  • Student Name: Juan dela Cruz
  • Program/Grade/Year Level/Section: BSN/3rd year
  • Purpose of Payment: For Midterm, 1ST Semester, SY2026-2027

3. Bank to Bank Payments (via BPI)

A. BPI Online Bills Payment

Note: Enrollment in BPI Online Banking is required.

  1. Log in to your BPI account.
  2. Go to Other Services > Recipients > Manage Recipients.
  3. Select Enroll Recipients.
  4. Under Recipient, select Billers.
  5. Under Biller, select Far Eastern College Silang Inc./FEUCAV.
  6. Enter the student’s full name as the reference number.
  7. Wait for the confirmation message indicating that enrollment was successful.
  8. Go to Payments/Load > Pay Bills.
  9. Select FEUCAV under Pay To.
  10. Complete the transaction and wait for the payment confirmation.

 For payments via BPI, please email your Proof of Payment to cashier@feucavite.edu.ph.

Subject Format: Student Name – Purpose of Payment

Example: Juan dela Cruz – Midterm payment for 1st Semester SY 2026–2027

Email Details:

  • Purpose of Payment: For Midterm, 1ST Semester, SY2026-2027

B. BPI Over-the-Counter Payment via BEA Machine

You may also make your payment at any BPI branch using the BEA Machine.

  • Select: Bills Payment
  • Reference: Student’s Full Name
  • Account Name: FAR EASTERN COLLEGE–SILANG, INC.
  • Savings Account No.: 8503-0371-74
  • Account Type: Peso Account

 For payments via BPI, please email your Proof of Payment to cashier@feucavite.edu.ph.

5. CREDIT CARD

Credit Card payments are accepted via ONSITE transaction using Point of Sale (POS) terminal.

Please note that payments made through BPI, Metrobank, and International Bank Transfer may take 2–3 working days to be validated and credited to the student’s account.
