In the same year, the Student Exchange Program allowed the students from SPU Batam to experience learning activities from FEU Cavite and engage in cultural immersion during their visit to the Philippines. In February 2020, FEU Cavite students were set to visit SPU Batam but the threat of the COVID-19 pandemic started.
