Admissions Procedure for College Freshmen

  1. Register through https://bit.ly/FEUC-HEDRegistration.
    FEU Cavite College Admissions Test or FEUCCAT is waived in adherence to the health and safety protocols set by IATF during this time of the pandemic.

    Provisional screening process is implemented which are the following:
    *For all courses, the admission of applicants will be based on their academic performance during grades 11 and 12.
    *For board courses, applicants must show proof that their average grade is 85% and above. Any of the following will be accepted:
    – copy of grade 11 report card/SF9/Form 138, first and second semesters 
    – written certification from the school principal as an honor student  
    – copy of grade 12 report card, first semester
  2. Check the link provided in your registered email to activate your account.
  3. Log in to Student Central using your registered email address and password then fill out the admissions form.
  4. Check your email for your Admissions Control (Adcon) Number and instructions on submitting the initial requirements. You may submit the initial requirements to hedadmissions@feucavite.edu.ph.

    Minimum Admissions Requirements in softcopy: 

    – Grade 11 report card with LRN 
     
  5. Pay Php 300.00 application fee and send proof of payment to cashier@feucavite.edu.ph using the email you registered. See payment options below.
  6. Application results will be released three weeks after submitting the online application form via the registered email of the application. 
  7. Reserve slot for Php 3,000.00. The reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable but will be deducted from tuition upon enrollment.  
  8. Check announcements regarding admissions and enrollment procedures.

  • Scan/email a copy of your deposit to cashier@feucavite.edu.ph
  • Please indicate in the subject the Application – name of the student/grade level Ex. Application – Dela Cruz, Juan/Grade 1.
  • Processing of payment may take 3 to 5 days.
  • You will receive an acknowledgment receipt once your payment has been verified. You may claim the official receipt at the campus.

Enrollment Requirements for Incoming Freshmen (Filipinos)

  • Official notification (‘qualified to enroll’) handed after the admissions test
  • Two (2) pcs. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Two (2) pcs. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
  • F-138/SF9-SHS Report Card with LRN or equivalent document (e.g. Permanent Record Card, Transcript of Student Progress, Certificate of Secondary Completion, PEPT, GED Certification, or Certificate of High School Equivalence) (Original Copy)

Enrollment Requirements for College Freshmen (International Students)

  • Official notification (‘qualified to enroll’) handed after the admissions test
  • Two (2) pcs. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Two (2) pcs. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
  • F-138/SF9-SHS Report Card with LRN or equivalent document (e.g. Permanent Record Card, Transcript of Student Progress, Certificate of Secondary Completion, PEPT, GED Certification, or Certificate of High School Equivalence) duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consular Office (Original Copy)
  • Two (2) copies completely filled-out BI Form CGAF-004 Rev 0 with 2×2 I.D. picture
  • Photocopy of Passport and Visa Status (with expiration date)
  • Photocopy of I-Card (back-to-back with expiration date)

Enrollment Requirements for College Transferees (Filipinos)

Transferees are students who have enrolled or taken college or vocational units in other colleges, universities, or vocational schools. Even applicants who apply as freshmen will still be considered transferees for as long as they have officially enrolled in any degree or certificate program in another college/university after high school.

Transferees will also be required to pass the FEU Cavite CAT as a requirement for admission. They also need to ensure that they pass the cut-off scores of the degree program they are applying for. These can be verified at AFA during their evaluation.

Transferees are required to submit the following to AFA, which will be evaluated by the Registrar and concerned Program Chair:

  • Official notification (‘qualified to enroll’) handed after the admissions test
  • Two (2) pcs. PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Two (2) pcs. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • Transcript of Record (T.O.R.) or scholastic record (Original Copy)
  • Course Description of courses taken and passed
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
  • Certificate of Transfer/Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials (Original Copy)

Admission of transferees is determined by the two offices below. A transferee needs a positive recommendation from both offices to be admitted to the school.

AFA

  • Checks completeness and correctness of the documents submitted for evaluation

Program Chair

  • Conducts Academic Program Credit Evaluation (APCE) and determines if the transferee qualifies for the degree program

Enrollment Requirements for College Transferees (International Students)

International Students are non-Filipino citizens seeking admission to the College. They may be admitted after satisfying all admission requirements concerning international students. As FEU Cavite students, they are expected to observe and recognize the distinctive philosophy, vision, and mission of the school. They are also expected to strictly obey the immigration laws of the country as implemented by the Bureau of Immigration. All international students are required to consult the AFA regarding admissions requirements and the Registrar’s Office for student visa concerns. The Registrar’s Office Liaison Officer will assist international students in securing their appropriate visas.

Applicants must pass the following assessment:

  • FEU College Admission Test and
  • INTELLAC English Proficiency Test

Applicants must submit the following documents for evaluation:

  • Official notification (‘qualified to enroll’) handed after the admissions test
  • Two (2) pcs. Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Two (2) pcs. colored 2×2 latest I.D. picture with white background
  • Two (2) pcs. colored passport-size I.D. photos
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original Copy)
  • F-138/SF9-SHS Report Card with LRN or equivalent document (e.g. Permanent Record Card, Transcript of Student Progress, Certificate of Secondary Completion, PEPT, GED Certification, or Certificate of High School Equivalence) duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consular Office (Original Copy)

Enrollment Requirements for College Re-enrollees/Returning Students

A returning student is an FEU student who temporarily left the College for whatever reason. Returning students shall be subject to the Selective Retention Policy of the College. In case a new curricular program is adapted, subjects then will be assessed based on the new curriculum. Students, whose curriculum has already expired, must be evaluated using the existing and effective curriculum at the time of the return.

Students who do not qualify but may want to continue must repeat all subjects taken except PE and NSTP.

Applicants must submit the following for evaluation:

  • Completely filled-out Application for re-admission
  • Official copy of grades and credited evaluation from the Program Chair (Original Copy)
  • Clearance from Accounting and Dean’s Office (Original Copy)

Admissions Procedures for Special Cases

Special cases refer to the following applicants:

  • who failed the Admissions Test
  • with declared behavioral conditions
  • with physical conditions/Persons with Disability (PWD)
  • are Filipinos or foreigners from international schools

Upon recognition of the special case, the applicant’s profile will be endorsed (Application form, Admissions Test result, and other documents provided by the applicant) to the appropriate department for action:

  • Applicant/s who failed the Admissions Test shall be endorsed to GCCO for further evaluation, then to the respective Department’s Director/Dean for recommendation.
  • Applicant/s with declared behavioral conditions shall be endorsed to GCCO for further evaluation, then to the respective Department’s Director/Dean for recommendation.
  • Applicant/s with physical conditions (PWD) shall be endorsed to the school nurse for further evaluation, then to the respective Department’s Director/Dean for recommendation
  • Foreign or Filipino applicants from international schools, Admissions shall seek advice from Registrar’s Office for recommendation.
