ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1. Must have completed a 10-year basic education
2. Good in oral and written communication
3. Physically and mentally fit
4. With good moral character

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

1. Personal Information Sheet
2. Valid ID
3. PSA Birth Certificate
4. Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
5. Transcript of Records / Form 137
6. Diploma
7. Picture (Passport size)
8. Barangay Clearance
9. Medical Clearance/ Ceritificate

ADMISSIONS PROCESS

1. Visit the FEU Cavite campus to fill out the Admissions Form.
2. Submit all the required documents. 
3. Pay the necessary fees.
   • NOTE: You may pay in FULL or INSTALLMENT. A downpayment of Php 7,000 is required to be officially enrolled
