FEU Cavite Celebrates Tenure and Triumph at the Employees’ Recognition Program and Fellowship 2026

FEU Cavite proudly celebrated its much-anticipated Employees’ Recognition Program and Fellowship 2026 on May 15, 2026, held at the Events Room, Upper Ground Floor, HED Building. Anchored on the inspiring theme “Tenure & Triumph,” the event honored the unwavering commitment and remarkable achievements of the institution’s dedicated workforce.

A Celebration of Loyalty and Milestones

This year’s theme, Tenure & Triumph, captured the spirit of both long-standing service and shared institutional success. The celebration gathered teaching and non-teaching personnel in a meaningful recognition of the individuals whose dedication fuels FEU Cavite’s continued growth. Guided by the core values of Fortitude, Excellence, Uprightness, and Compassion, the event highlighted the people behind the institution’s success—its employees.

Honoring the Backbone of the Institution

Aside from the awarding celebrations, the event also celebrated the National Education Support Personnel Day, a special recognition was given to non-teaching personnel. Their presence, highlighted through coordinated event attire, underscored their invaluable role as the operational backbone of the university. Following the formal ceremony, employees transitioned into a Wellness and Fellowship session, changing into FEU Yellow and Green spirit shirts to mark a shift toward relaxation and camaraderie.

The event concluded with a delightful Merienda Cena prepared by our very own Hospitality Management students. Members of the FEU Cavite community strengthened bonds and celebrated shared successes.

The Employees’ Awards and Fellowship 2026 went beyond recognition—it reaffirmed FEU Cavite’s deep appreciation for its people. Through Tenure & Triumph, the institution celebrated not only milestones achieved but also the enduring commitment that continues to shape its future.
