Basic Education and Senior High School Departments

The Basic Education (BED and Senior High School (SHS) Departments offer different types of scholarships and discounts. To avail of the scholarship grants and discounts, the students (parents/guardians) must apply.

ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP (for incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 Students)*

  • Valedictorian (Rank 1) – Full exemption (100%) on basic tuition for one (1) school year
  • Salutatorian (Rank 2) – Partial exemption (75%) on basic tuition for one (1) school year
  • 1st Honorable Mention (Rank 3) – Partial exemption (50%) on basic tuition for one (1) school year

*Students will pay miscellaneous fees and will not be entitled to any other discounts.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP (for students in their 2nd year)*

  • Full Merit Scholarship (Rank 1) – Full exemption (100%) on basic tuition for one (1) school year
  • Partial Merit Scholarship (Rank 2) – Partial exemption (50%) on basic tuition for one (1) school year
  • Partial Merit Scholarship (Rank 3) – Partial exemption (25%) on basic tuition for one (1) school year

Qualifications:

  • Grade school to Junior High School – Must be top 3 final honor ranking in previous grade level
  • Senior High School – Must be top 3 final honor ranking in Grade 11

FINANCIAL DISCOUNTS*

Special Discount – 10% discount on basic tuition for one (1) school year

*For incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 students

Sibling Discount* – 15% discount on basic tuition

Requirements:   

  • Photocopy of PSA Birth certificate of each sibling and relevant documents
  • Present original copy of PSA Birth Certificate

*Applicable up to 3 younger siblings

Cash Discount – 5% on total fees

Requirement: Students will pay in full both the tuition and miscellaneous fees

Early Enrollment Discount – Php 2,000 discount during the first two (2) weeks of enrollment

Person with Disability (PWD) PD577 – 20% discount on basic tuition

Requirement:     PWD I.D.

EXTERNALLY-FUNDED SCHOLARSHIPS

Education Service Contracting (ESC) – Subsidy of the Department of Education (DepEd) for Junior High School students.

  • Php 9,000 subsidy per year for Grades 7 to 10 students from public grade school
  • Php 13,000 subsidy per year for Grades 7 to 10 students from private grade school

Requirements:

  • Application to FEU Cavite Office of the Registrar for Grade 7 students.
  • ESC Certificate for transferees and incoming Grade 11 if currently an ESC grantee

Senior High School Voucher – Subsidy of the Department of Education (DepEd) for Senior High School students (Grade 11 and Grade 12)

  • Php 14,000 subsidy per year for Junior High School Completers from a private school

Requirement:  ESC Certificate for incoming Grade 11 or Qualified Voucher Recipient (QVR) Certificate (Can be applied here: https//ovap.peac.org.ph)

  • Php 17,500 subsidy per year for Junior High School Completers from a public school

Requirement: Learner Reference Number. No application needed

Scholarship and Financial Aids for Higher Education

Higher Education Department

The Higher Education Department (HED) offers different types of scholarships and discounts. To avail of the scholarship grants and discounts, the students must apply. The Scholarship and Financial Assistance (SFA) Committee releases the list of qualified scholars based on available slots.

ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP (for incoming Freshmen)

  • Senior High School Valedictorian (Rank 1) – Full exemption (100%) on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters provided that there is no failure in any subject
  • Senior High School Salutatorian (Rank 2) – Partial exemption (75%) on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters provided that there is no failure in any subject
  • Senior High School 1st to 3rd Honorable Mentions (Ranks 3 to 5) –Partial exemption (70%) on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters provided that there is no failure in any subject
  • Senior High School 4th to 10th Honorable Mentions (Ranks 6 to 12) –Partial exemption (25%) on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters provided that there is no failure in any subject

*Students will pay miscellaneous fees and will not be entitled to any other discounts.

ENTRANCE MERIT SCHOLARSHIP

Full Merit Scholarship – Full exemption (100%) on basic tuition for one (1) semester only

Qualifications:

  • 95-99% FEUCCAT percentile score
  • Senior High School GWA: above 90

Partial Merit Scholarship – Full exemption (50%) on basic tuition for one (1) semester only

Qualifications:

  • 90-94% FEUCCAT percentile score
  • Senior High School GWA: 90

*Students will pay miscellaneous fees and will not be entitled to any other discounts.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP

A freshman who is not an entrance scholar (1st semester) may apply for academic scholarship (2nd semester) based on and in compliance with
the scholarship requirements.

Full Scholarship – Full exemption (100%) on basic tuition for one (1) semester only

Qualifications:

  • Must be a regular student
  • GWA: not lower than 1.50 in the previous semester
  • No grade lower than 2.00 in any subject
  • No grade lower than 2.25 in PE and has passed the NSTP

Partial Scholarship – Partial exemption (50%) on basic tuition for one (1) semester only

Qualifications:

  • Must be a regular student
  • GWA: not lower than 1.75 in the previous semester
  • No grade lower than 2.25 in any subject and has passed the NSTP

  • G7-HED Loyalty Discount for FEU Cavite students who started in G1 – 100% discount on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters
  • G11-HED Loyalty Discount for FEU Cavite students who started in G7 – 50% discount on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters
  • G1-HED Loyalty Discount for FEU Cavite students who started in G11 – 25% discount on basic tuition for two (2) successive semesters
